Programming BeagleBone Blue with Simulink
Sebastian Castro is joined by Kurt Talke from the University of California, San Diego (UCSD), to discuss how BeagleBone® Blue hardware can be programmed using Simulink®.

BeagleBone Blue is a small-sized computer designed specifically for the development of robotic systems. It was developed as a collaboration between BeagleBoard.org and the UCSD Coordinated Robotics Lab, of which Kurt is currently a member.
Sebastian and Kurt will first introduce the capabilities of the BeagleBone Blue hardware and show how it can be programmed using Simulink. Then they will present an example of a control system developed in Simulink to balance an eduMIP self-balancing robot kit based on BeagleBone Blue. This kit was also developed at UCSD and is a commercially available educational robotics platform.
