How to Collect Sensor Data on Your iPad or Android Device Using MATLAB Mobile
This video shows to use MATLAB Mobile™ on an iPhone® or Android™ smartphone and how to leverage sensors for different tasks.
We will use the Camera and Position sensors on your phone that can be used with the free MATLAB Mobile app. We will perform edge detection on an image and use position data to calculate distance walked using the Haversine formula. All the data will be stored on MATLAB Drive, which enables us to switch from our smartphone to a desktop or laptop to continue our analysis.
